i ordered gucci ladies web offwhite leather on 3 june 2011. i paid with my credit card and the merchant of the bank charged me on 9 june 2011. i have called the customer service of modabelle for more than 10 times but nobody answer the phone. then i try to give an email to modabelle,but they never give me an answer. they said that my bag is already been shipped. then i asked for the receipt number of usps shipment,but modabelle also did not give me a reply to my email. i finally find out that modabelle have a lot of cases for credit card fraud. and also i found out that this website sell a fake branded bag. please be aware of this website,they have deceived so many buyer and me is one of the victim. i report to my credit card bank and they can not give me the refund of my money. they said that they have nothing to do with the website because i order this bag by myself. thanks for your attention. please do not let this website keep their business running, they have deceived so many buyer. i also can not bring this case to the court because i stay in jakarta indonesia. so maybe i make this fraud as a lesson,one day i will be very carefull doing transaction the us website.
