These people are scammers that prey on people, especially the elderly. My mother just spent $600 in mattresses there. One set was delivered damaged and we didn't know until we opened them up. When my husband called, he was told by the GM that she had signed off on them that she inspected them with the delivery guys (I was there when they were delivered...NO ONE inspected them with her like they were supposed to!) He then accused my husband of doing the damage himself. Then my husband speaks with Mitch himself and HE accused us of doing it also! So my husband got angry and called him a few choice words. We complained to the BBB and Mitch came right out and said he will do NOTHING to help her! All he kept doing was harping on the fact my husband told him where to go...and kept skirting the real issue....the DIRTY mattress with a hole in it! Then he tried to say that my husband claimed to have drug the mattresses into another room....ANOTHER LIE! That mattress sat in the SAME room it was delivered to by his OWN delivery drivers till just a few days ago when we moved it to one of the bedrooms. He said if my mother wanted him to even LOOK at it....she had to drag it back down to his store (a half hour away) herself! He kept accusing US of lying and changing our story which is not true! I even provided the BBB with a picture of the mattress. This guy is apparently hurting for money as he sells his "own" bottled hot sauce directly out of his FURNITURE store as well! DO NOT go to this store. Save yourself the aggravation....spend a couple of extra dollars and avoid this guy at ALL costs!!

This is a lie, I was there and her son did not want to come over and set up the bed for his mother so he dragged it around to the bedroom and damaged it!

I referred them to Mitch's Furniture because I have bought many items from them and now I wish I did not!
Not fair, you have lost a good friend.
