The MINI sales manager was driving in a prohibited area on the lot. When politely confronted he used the body language of an arrogant, flamboyant person and refused to answer if he knew that driving in the fire zone was not permitted. He walked away saying I wouldn't win this one." Later when I encountered him in a noisy (mechanical noise) hallway in the garage (had never seen him there before but it is my regular route to retrieve cars - have only encountered a handful of people in that area) he was standing near a door that goes to offices picking at his fingers (seems like he was waiting!). The smug person got even more flamboyant in his "no, no, stop, don't talk about this." Oh, he was infuriating. I told him he had an ego problem, thought he was better than everyone else, and he could go through a service writer if he ever needs anything from me. He said he could go talk to John Witt, the service manager over the whole operation. I said he sure could (because I know I am the best at what I do at the place). So after I told him the statement about his ego problem, that's exactly what he did - he complained to higher ups and I was fired. More to be posted.
