Michael Hurt took $500 without earning it. I had the appraisal cancelled to stop the process because I got a better offer from my current mortgage company (Wells Fargo) I found the document I signed in a the midst of a large group of documents that said, "You do not get the $ back if you withdraw the loan application." They took $500 without earning it in my book and don't deserve to be in business.

It's total fraud! After meeting all their requirements and being approved for the loan, a week before closing Michael Hurt decided the house I am purchasing must have a new heat pump, siding, paint, sheet rock, and carpet before closing. The house was contracted for "as is". The house in its present condition is appraised $85, 000 more than the loan amount. The buyer meets all criteria. The house appraises for more than the loan. What right does Michael Hurt have to make this demand? Clearly, Michael Hurt is deceitful and the public needs to know how they take their money then create ways to not approve the loan

Believe everything negative you hear and read about Michael Hurt. Michael Hurt knew my debt-to-income ratio was too high right from the beginning. Michael Hurt lied and told me everything was okay. Michael Hurt had me running around Robin Hood's barn getting stuff that ultimately wasn't needed because my debt-to-income was too high. Michael Hurt did an appraisal telling me everything looked good. My house appraisal came back for what we thought but again my debt-to-income was too high. In the end Michael Hurt stated he would not give back the deposit, he stated was 100% refundable if he could not give me a loan

The report above is a fabricated report. Notice how all the negative reports all began at the same time and are appearing in a short time frame. I, myself, was a victim of a mortgage scam by a gentleman who called himself Ivan Moreno working for GMX corporation that speciailzed in mortgage marketing. After paying him $773.50 for a deposit on the marketing I never heard from him again and then began to see similar complaints on this very website. I posted some information which in turn has stopped a few mortgage companies from falling victim as did i and now "Mr. Moreno" is filing false reports about me to make me look bad and stop consumers from doing business with me.

If you are a client of mine or a potential client, i do apologize if this has caused you any concern. Please now, in no way shape or form do i benefit in any way by lying to consumers. If your loan does not close, there is $0 compensation in it for me. Please feel free to discuss with me your concerns if you read this. I do have on file a letter from the california attorney generals office where i filed a complaint against GMX Corporation but no such company existed at the given business address. Michael Hurt your an idiot, all i have read is you stealing money and ripping people off and now you are trying to demand a consumer to post all their personal information on this page to try and hide your "100's" of complaints of ripping people off.
