I worked 3 days before quitting Miami Auto Rescue because the calls were to far to get to, where you burn more gas than the calls pay. Plus they gave me a phone that day, and said I had to pay them $15.00 a week for it. I did not want their phone, mine was fine. They also make you to pay 300.00 for a tool that you can find and buy on online for $25. Many requests for a copy of the contract were never answered. You sign up with them in a parking lot. The 20 year old, Kristian Lehner of Lauderhill Florida does the hiring for Miami Auto Rescue that is based out of Mansfield Texas. On my last day the owner, Jonathan M. Coffey was the dispatcher, and this was the first time I ever talked to him. Is was a total Tyrant! - from the first call I could tell this man was not human! I don't need to put everything he said here, but what he said about his dispatchers, I would not want to be in their shoes, and I was never to call anyone there by their first name! In all my years of working for people, I never ran into such a Tyrant like this guy - Jonathan M. Coffey! In no-way would I treat my customers, or anyone the way this guy talks to you! He also refused to close out my last 2 calls, as he only wanted to instruct me how I should live for him! I knew he was going to Rip Me Off right then! Its been 2 weeks past my payment due date, and none of my calls are returned, or my emails to get the money owed to me for the 22 calls I did. In that 2 1/2 day time, I put 280 miles on my car, $25.00 in tolls, and in no-way was this going to add up being on call 24/7. You are never told what the calls pay, only that they average $10.00 a call. Cross Country Insurance is where the calls come from. The people that I serviced were great, but Cross Country Insurance should really look into who they have representing them! I would like others that are also owed money to contact me, and I will join in with them to collect was is owed to us. - And let Cross Country know what is really going on! - [email protected] I have seen this job listed many times over 7 months, and there must be many others that have been not paid their last check. I wish I seen all the other scam complaints before I signed on with them!
