Metro Rhino Distributors is a company that SALES KIRBYS!!!!!!!!! If you are told otherwise It Is a LIE!!!!!!!! Before I began working with the Metro Rhino Distributors I was told after my Interview with Meagan Webb that there were different positions available such as sales, office manager, canvasers and that this postion was not door to door sales. I didn't mind sales because I am good with sales; just didn't want to do door to door sales. In addition, i was told that if I were to do 15 demos a week i was automatically guaranteed a salary of $800 bi-weekly whether i did sales or not. (15 demos a week on the van which is impossible with this particular company). This to was a lie!!!!!! So basically the only time you get a paycheck from this company is when you sale a kirby. Furthermore this job is door to door sales. When I realized that everything I was told in trainning was a lie, and I was also offered a salary job, I left Metro Rhino Distributors being owed a check. I left Metro Rhino Distributors October 5, 2010 it is now November 12, 2010 and i have yet to receive my check!!!!! If the job i was offered was not in another state it would have been a little easier to get my check however to their advantage i am no longer in the state of Georgia. After calling and calling talking with Meagan Webb and her dad Artis Webb who assured me that i would be getting my check; i never received my check. These people are full of lies. My only hope is that when people see this job on career builder or craigs list do your research on this company. If you see METRO RHINO DISTRIBUTORS IS HIRING PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!

WARNING: If you are a pretty young girl, you will not get any money or paid for anything with this company. You will be put in a van with a few people who are either out on parole (and it shows in their appearance) or just plain scary-looking. The "Team Leader" will make YOU get out of the van and knock on every door until someone lets you in to do a demo, which will be your only source of income. However, when the Team Leader sees that you are being let in, he will swoop in with one of the gangsta-looking folk to make them do the demo. It is almost funny to see the facial expression of the resident of the house, as it changes from slight reluctance to sheer disappointment and fear. What is the Team Leader's justification for this? "People are more willing to let a pretty girl like you into their house." You will rarely get to do a demo, and are therefore rarely ever paid. You may take care of your appearance, but it is the thug who gets the money. In this way, it is very similar to prostitution. Even when it was raining, I was the only one outside of the van unless there was an opportunity to make money.
Oh, yea, and I let these jokers use my car to do the canvassing once. The team leader ate his wings and left the bones under my seat while I was busting my @ss for his little scam. I did not find out until I finally left, and discovered where the smell in my car was coming from. |
