Anybody who uses a wireless phone, Please don't ever consider using Metro PCS. I've had nothing but problems with them. I've called over 50 times to their customer service. Out of at least 100 reps only two haven't had either thick Indian or Spanish accents. You can't understand them and the only thing they ever say is how sorry they are that you are having problems. Their Network is horrible. Their texts don't go through half the time and my LG Optimus is junk. I bought two of the phones and neither mine nor my other one work correctly. Finally after 20 phone calls a regional supervisor called me. We had 4 or 5 conversations and she was working on getting me a month off of my service and 2 new 4G phones. After a week went by she never called back and wouldn't answer her cell phone. Typical of them... they are always passing the buck. Their customer service can't handle any problems for you. Don't even bother calling them. They claim they have no authority. Their stores are no better. They claim that customer service 611 is the only way to get help. The phones are garbage and they won't exchange them without making you shell out cash. I'm 37 years old and a business professional. I've always used blackberrys and ATT or TMobile. I'm definitely leaving Metro. Metro is the biggest joke of a company ever. I've wasted probably 30 hours on the phone with them. I always call them on the home while I'm stuck in traffic. ha ha ha. They always claim they are escalating the problem, but I've given them 60 days to fix it. What a ridiculous way to do business. They could have just given me some quality service and some phones that actually work and kept a customer... now they've got somebody who is going to plaster it all over the web about their total lack of care, empathy, and a Network that works. I've sometimes had to call the same number half a dozen times just to connect. I called their customer service 28 times before it would actually recognize I'd selected one to continue on to a customer service rep. They try to do everything automated without ever giving you the opportunity to get any real service. If you have a problem with your phone or the network they will just BS you to get you off the phone. They clearly don't give a damn about any customers. Good luck ever getting a refund or a new phone or replacement without get fee'd out the ass. If you ever plan on using them... don't. It's like getting herpes, aids, and the clap combined while on vacation in a 3rd world country where you just landed in jail. It's the worst financial decision I've ever made in my life... and I've made thousands. Save yourself the time and heartbreak from having to deal with these idiot, condescending dumb fucks. Just think... this is coming from the mouth of a Stockbroker and father. Who'd have thought I'd be this pissed off. Never in my life!!! The sad thing is that I have proof of all of this. Sincerely, So pissed off I've nearly thrown the mf'n phone out the window. |

My phone was cut off because they say i was in maryland and my number was a florida number . i hav ebeen with metro for 3 years. They suck and they are the worse. I thughyt they were good. If you speak to soemone they do not speak english. it is eight spanish, french or soem other language. they can not understand a word you are saying. they are terrbile and suck to high heaven, . i will not recommend metro pcs to anyone |
