| I placed an order from these guys and got junk. They sent me DVDs that were scratched and most did not work. The DVDs that worked, were poor quality and jam up my player. Theres reports of these guys all over, have a look. Dont order, they also used my credit card info. I got 4 other weird charges and this was the only place I used my card. They have been changing websites all the time, so pay attention to the EXACT same website coming up with different names. Everyone call there bank and file a chargeback right away so they dont mess up your credit. Dispute the payment with your bank before your credit score takes a big hit. If you get any DVDs, dont accept them. |

| I purchased LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE from this website last month The order was delivered in a very timely manner. When I tried to check the DVDs in my player I was shocked because every single disc didn’t play! I thought this was a rip-off so I emailed the company right away. The company replied and asked me about some stuffs regarding which I used to play the DVDs. They informed me that these discs were designed for a newer version of DVD players which are not older than 4-5 years. I tried to play the discs in my son’s DVD player and voila! It worked there! I feel great because that this seller is very reliable! I am now planning to purchase more additional series from this company. |

The DVDs were delivered in a rapid amount of time. quality is superb but the only problem I encountered in this set is there are 3 defective discs. I hurriedly told them the issue with my DVD set and they replaced the defective ones right away. After a week, I received the replacement discs which are fully working. memorylanedvd is very realiable and surely provides customer satisfaction. |

| I recently purchased the complete collection of Alfred Hitchcock Presents from memorylanedvd.com. I have no problem with the ordering process and I felt secure with their website so I don’t know what the others are talking about. Regarding the DVs I received, it’s pretty good, the discs all played but the quality is not high-definition as what I expected. I just thought it was like the best quality like 100%. What I received is like 8 out of 10 in terms of rating it. I contacted the seller to file a complaint about this. They told me that there’s no official release for this set and they offered me for a partial refund. Since all the discs are completely working and the qualities are acceptable, I accepted the partial refund offered. Well, maybe we are all just spoiled by HD DVD quality nowadays. I would definitely recommend memorylanedvd.com to everyone who loves to watch again these memorable classic TV series. |

As an avid collector of classic TV series, especially the sitcoms, I feel amazed when I first entered MemorylaneDVD.com’s website. Not just because it has a user-friendly interface but because, the price of the DVDs are cheaper compared to other online DVD stores. But I must say that I’m not the type of customer who will eat the bait like that. I’m also a keen observer most especially when we’re talking about online buying because during this generation, you can’t easily trust any online stores so I took some surveys regarding this website. Based on what I searched and read from forums and online reviews, the reviews are in between good and bad BUT I still decided to place an order with them because if I don’t like it, I can easily dispute the charge if their total scam.
My first order for this company is the Dallas TV series which I purchased for only $194.90. That’s the whole set of DVDs with all the episodes from 14 Seasons, so I’m expecting it to be complete as what they advertised. The shipment of the DVDs took a week – not bad. When The DVDs arrived I checked it and was shocked because I only received up to Season 5 only and it made me extremely maddddddddd!!! So I emailed the company at once! I asked them where the rest of my DVDs are because I paid for almost 200 bloody bucks for it!! I got a reply from one of their staff after 10 minutes, he told me that to avoid custom taxation, they have to divide my order and split it into 3 shipments which made it clearer now. So, I felt sorry for them when I read their explanation. The remaining 2 shipments arrived the following day wchich made my order complete. When I checked the quality of the DVDs, I’m very happy because the quality is 10/10, I think it basically exceeded my expectations.
I wrote this review because I felt guilty when I shout at them. They didn’t ask for this one and I think this is the only way I can exchange the professionalism and courtesy they showed me. | I made an order for the Peyton Place DVD collection at memorylanedvd.com. No hassle encountered when trying to place my order and whenever I have questions, their staffs always responds quickly. The parcel was delivered in a well-timed manner. Honestly, the quality of the DVDs is not that pure high definition as I thought so but I can live with that and I would rate it as 9/10. I also thought it will came with perfect packaging which didn’t and I addressed them this issue. They responded that it was a Collectors version and they offered me for a partial refund. I accepted the refund because aside from the quality issue, I have no more complaints about this whole DVD set, it was almost perfect. This set contained the entire episodes for a really very nice price after all and playable in my Sony DVD player. Overall, it is a nice collectors set and still feel grateful for the kind of customer service they showed all the way. it was really satisfying to deal with this company. |

Love the speedy delivery but i got a minor problem - I noticed that it came with cracked DVD cases! I talked to one of their customer reps who was very supportive all the way and replaced the damaged DVD case free of charge which i received after 8 days, not bad. Additionally, the DVDs are made with excellent quality.
I am very pleased with their services and for giving me the chance to relive the classic memories once more! Rest assured I will be placing for more orders! |
