Media Initiatives Group Ambient Planet Scam Artists and Theives - Beware of Media Initiatives Group/Ambient Planet, they will rip you off! initgroup.c |

My next step will be to sue Media Initiatives group not only for the money owed but all lawyer fees, interest, and costs associated with their non payment. Following which I have friends in the media industry who will help promote this on a large scale level and hopefully shut down Media Initiatives Group completely! I contacted my attorney on Monday and he is already gathering the necessary forms. I worked with my Brand Ambassador on a coupon distribution campaign for Quiznos in Michigan through an agency OWNED by Media Initiatives group: Ambient Planet. The project was completed on October 27th, 2010 and to date neither I nor by Brand Ambassador have been compensated for our work. I have made countless efforts to contact the Ambient Planet representatives but they have failed to provide payment and they have recently stopped responding to any attempt at contact. The last correspondence I received was on March 10th, from Ernie Zambrano, the Manager of Operations in regards to the status of our paychecks: "Subject: RE: Payment Still Not Received: Quiznos Houghton, MI Completed Oct 27thDate: Thu, 10 Mar 2011 13:34:49 -0500From: [email protected] They arrived and will be sent as soon as I receive confirmation to release them. Thank you for your patience." All my attempts at contacting anyone in Ambient Planet since then have gone unanswered and I am absolutely bewildered by the fact that they haven't sent the payment ($368 owed to me and $288 owed to my BA) if they received the payment from the head office over 3 months ago... I have been managing large scale marketing events for the last four years and have never not been paid in a timely manner. This is their last chance to make things right and pay the money they owe before I take this public to the media - BOTH here in the US and the UK. My ultimate goal is to shut them down for good - their clients need to know that they do not pay their employees and that does not look good on them either! |
