On Sept 10 I used the MMAPA service with MDARX at a local MMj center. The signing physician (Dr Frank Wright) sent only PA's on this day and John with MDARX stated that they were "doctors and able to write recommendations." My application was one held in review Because of alleged fraud on applications and on Dec 31 I recieved a DENIAL of my Medical Marijuana Liscense because of "FRAUD." Doctor refuses to answer his phone and return calls, MMAPA denies all accountability even thought they are partnered with MDARX and sent the doctor that day also. John continues to lie about statuses saying that there was nothing wrong and that everything is ok with Dr Wright. Now not only did the MDARX take my money for a FRAUDULANT application (Due to their oversight) and the state has also kept all my Registry application fee. I urge all patients to use a real MMJ recommendation service and not this Mickey Mouse service that cant even keep up with the current laws. I have called the dr, mmapa, MDARX and have not recieved a phone call back. TOTAL SCAMMERS! WARNING TO OTHERS IN OTHER MMJ STATES! I would like to set up a class action lawsuit regarding this matter and need all other patients that have been scammed by these people to contact me! |

As a note, our offices were closed over the holiday, as noted on our website and company voice mail. Also to note is that both MMAPA and CBA has posted specific instructions for patients that were denied or rejected by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. All patients seen by MMAPA network physicians will be reevaluated free of charge by the signing physician.

I too was scammed by MMAPA and Mobile Doctors and at my appeal hearing I will be sure to instigate an investigation into the 3 organizations in question. Funny how they wont return your calls stone wall you and refuse to refund your money. Telling patients that need this medicine to live that they are going to help and will "send them information"' and continuously fail to Provide anything. To all patients that have been ripped off please contact C4CPR. |
