MC Custom Homes MillCreek Development Inc BUYER BEWARE !!! Kris Cozzo -- Custom Home Builder - Cracking Brickwork Lockport, Illinois

MC Custom Homes of Lockport, IL built my home and a year later the brickwork started cracking in the corners of the home. These cracks went all the way thru the brickwork. Kris was made aware of the issues and was also given photos of the problems. Rodney (construction supervisor) witnessed the problem and agreed to fix the problems. They strung me along until they finished the homes in Karen Springs subdivision Lockport, IL -- and then refused to repair anything.


Kris Cozzo will milk every penny outyou that he possibly can. But if a problem arises, DONOT expect him tostand behind his work.


I caution anyone that plans onbuilding their dream home with Kris Cozzo of MC Custom Homes (MillCreek Custom Homes).
