Although MBTustore claims to be an authorized online retailer of MBT shoes, they are not. There shoes, according to MBT -- are conterfeit. There is no phone number to contact. The shoes are shipped from China. There is a strict return policy which includes a 15% restocking fee and the shoes have to be in "new" condition with all tags intact. Furthermore, be careful about providing any credit card information to them. They use a third party site to handle credit card transactions. Here is what MBT.com replied to my inquiry to them about mbtustore.com: My Question to MBT: Is and authorized online retail seller of MBT shoes, or are they selling fake merchandise? Thank you for your help. Response from MBT: Thank you for your email.
The retailer you asked about is not an authorized retailer of MBTs. They are a black market retailer selling counterfeit shoes. Do NOT buy from them. Please tell any of your friends that wear MBTs as well. We want our customers to benefit from our product.

After placing an order on Dec 15, 2010 for a pair of shoes, I went to the mbt.com website to see if mbtustore was listed as an authorized seller. Mbtustore was not listed as an authorized online retailer. (I should have checked first -- my mistake.)
Within 30 minutes of placing the order, I sent mbtustore an email canceling the order. They have so far refused to cancel my order. Below is a transcript of my interaction with them:
