If you look at the history on the web, the company was founded by Mark Kosir in March of 2013. This is on their website. Also, on Linked In, Mark Kosir was president of JB Dollar Stretcher Magazine. That company closed end of February. A week after they closed, Mr. Kosir opened his business.
