We are writing to the unfounded and totally inaccurate posting submitted on November 20, 2010. Max Agency has contacted the Toronto Police and Detective Knowles. Detective Knowles indicated in no uncertain terms that there is not now, nor has there ever been an investigation relating to Max Agency. The only person who has contacted Mr. Knowles regarding Max Agency, is an individual whose name we do not wish to mention at this time. Until recently, this person was a Head Instructor at an Acting School; following her departure from the Acting School it was discovered that this person was;

-collecting cash payments from students and giving them fake receipts, not collecting the appropriate taxes and not forwarding any of the received monies to the Acting School.

-Altering the dates on her 'pay cheques' related to the services she provided to the Acting School.

The Toronto Police have started a Criminal Investigation regarding the above matter. This person is currently under Police Investigation regarding theft, Criminal Breach of Trust, Uttering forged documents, harrassment etc.

Since that time, this person has been attempting to deflect the focus of the real issues involved in this matter and damage the reputation of MAX Agency and the Acting School. If you have any information related to this person's activities please contact Max Agency so we may inform the Toronto Police and assist them in their investigation.
