There are other posts on this site regarding Justified actor and producer, Timothy Olyphant's brother Matthew Olyphant, but I am hoping that one more will make a difference and women (and men, he's bisexual) will stop meeting this man or doing any form of business with him. I met him online, like so many of the posters I see did. I first met him through his brother's fan page on Facebook when he messaged me without any hint from me I wanted to strike up a friendship. I was a little creeped out and I should have went with my gut instinct, but I didn't. After exchanging some messages that he put his best foot forward with, he suggested I look at his website and view his artwork since I told him I was furnishing a new home. I felt obligated almost to buy something, so I told him I would. He still acted nice and constantly messaged me and pursued me saying he was single and lonely. He also constantly bragged about his brother Timothy Olyphant who stars on Justified and is well known for having an affair with his costar. I guess cheating and lying runs in the family.
He asked me for a check for the painting and I sent him one. This is when things changed and he began to say very sexual things in his messages. I ignored him and stopped writing him back altogether. He then escalated his behavior with more perverted messages and he even sent me nude photos of himself. Finally I called him and told him to stop sending me those messages and asked when my painting would be done so I could get it and have no more to do with him. He said he was sorry and only joking trying to get my attention. He also said the painting was ready and I could pick it up and he would take me to dinner to say sorry for sending the messages. I told him I would get back to him when I knew what day I could make the 3 hour drive. When I telephoned him again, a female answered and sounded very strange. I asked who she was ad she said her name was Tiffany, I now know it was a woman named Tiffany Welter who also lives in San Rafael and is one of his girlfriends or sexual partners. She was high on the phone and barely audible but told me he was gone with his girlfriend Tanna who I now know to be another of his many sexual partners and drug user girlfriends. I asked if he had two girlfriends, and she said I guess he has many more. I was creeped out and not sure I even wanted to go get the painting but I already a lot of money.
He talked his way out of all of that somehow and I agreed to go to his house the next day. I arrived about 5PM and he offered me a drink. I really just wanted to get the painting and leave but he was not offering to bring it out until I had a drink so I did. Thee must have been drugs in the drink because I remember very little after that. I remember being dragged into his sons bedroom and restrained to a bed. My clothes were cut off me and I remember lots of physical pain. I also remember seeing him nude several times when I came in and out. Always his nude large body was in a different position violating me with a look of evil on his face. I also remember other nude people attacking me. Tiffany Welter was one of those people and I believe his ex wife and stripper Madeleine Ossun (Olyphant) also was present I think this based on photos online I have seen of her. All of these people (including men) took turns raping me. They kept me drugged and naked for 2 full days before letting me go without a painting, my purse, or my other personal belongings. When I was allowed to leave I passed Tiffany and two men sitting in the living room doing drugs with needles and snorting lines of cocaine. Matthew Olyphant grabbed me violently by both arms and twisted them behind my back and threatened he would kill my son if I told anybody about what happened. That was a year ago and until two weeks ago, I told nobody. Now, I am prepared to tell everyone so he has to face me in court and pay for his crimes, I will never live without fear as a result of what happened.
Avoid this monster and his evil life and drug abusing sexual pervert girlfriends and friends. They are sick animals who all belong locked up for life.

This report, as well as others, regarding Matthew Olyphant is bogus. Matthew is the target of a disgruntle ex-girlfriend who was caught cheating by Matthew. The interesting thing about this ex-girlfriend is she carries this grudge for over a year. Her goal is to totally destroy Matthew by posting these slanderous reports. As you can see, the report is anonymous, as are the others. However, some of the posted reports on the internet sometimes have a name attached as an author, but those names are false.
This ex-girlfriend lives in Texas and Matthew lives in California and their relationship lasted only a few months due to distance. Every single accusation this ex-girlfriend has posted is false. Legal actions against the ex-girlfriend are ongoing.
I am a licensed private investigator in California, hired by Matthew, to assist in halting these false and malicious reports.

Diana, your reports are good. I have come up with another idea, we can brainstorm together for more ideas for reports.
So, you saw Matthew having a discussion with his brother about how to keep Daisies on his brothers Facebook fanpage for Justified and you thought if you contact Matthew you may eventually get to meet his brother.
You were not much into growing Daisies, you're more into rose bushes, but it's worth the pretend.
You knew he often lured women from his brother's Facebook fanpage to water the Daisies in his garden for him and it was very disturbing. He even once forced a girl named Tiffiny and one named Tanna to use the small watering pot to sprinkle some water for 5 minutes a day on the Daisies. How brutal is that!
So you invited Matthew to your home and then he discovered you don't really like Daisies, but instead your garden was full of rose bushes. He was infuriated. Then he spotted a dead rose bush which you didn't look after and in his anger he charged at it and brutally bit into it, he was so violent with the dead rose bush you couldn't believe it, dead leaves were flying everywhere. Then he beat his chest like a gorilla and started yodelling. You were out of this world from fear. You ran all the way to the police to report the damage he has done to your dead rose bush and this event will haunt you for life, it is something no one can take away from you. The End. |

I know Diana J. Prause from Texas and I can confirm that all the reports you will find on the Internet was made by her. She told me that she hated Matthew Olyphant because he broke up the relationship and she is going to take revenge on him regardless of what it takes.
She told me he was one of the best things which happened to her, he was the kindest most thoughtful guy she ever knew and the loss of him from her life is driving her insane.
I can not reveal my identity, because I fear for my good name to be damaged as well, should she discover who I am.
I decided I have to speak out, because what is happening is going too far, I would not want this to happen to me. Any thing you read regarding Matthew's art, his company and his character is all Diana's doing, none of what is reported on the Internet is actually true.
I hope she will come to her senses, but I would not count on it, she is really in an awful state.
I don't know Matthew personally but from what Diana told me he is a very good guy. |
