| I have been watching the activity from Marcelene DuBois as of late. I tried to help a good man, Miss DuBois' ex husband Bob Fitzgerald, with dealing with the baggage of his now ex wife Marcelene B DuBois. I warned him from the get go about reuniting with this disturbed woman. I pulled many strings to help this family against my better judgement based upon the service Mr. Fitzgerald has done for his country. Miss DuBois is a very disturbed woman and comes from a family of criminals and psychotics. Miss DuBois is a sociopath and has psychosis according to a Doctor Rotstien’s report in Daytona Beach Florida. Multiple evaluations have been done on the woman to back this up. She is an alcoholic who spends most of her time intoxicated. She has deceived law enforcement on many occasions to gain an edge in divorce in the past with Nicolas DuBois, case #bd261428. If you look this up on lasuprtiorcourt.org you can see this woman enjoys the courtroom. She files over 32 false reports in Los California against her ex husband including child molestation, physical abuse, stalking, theft, breaking and entering and kidnapping. Every one of these incidents were proven to be false. She was married to a gentleman by the name of Marc Reed, she alleged abuse against him and the charges were also false. She accused James Martin of abuse, again false. She filed a report against a Robert Greenhaul for sexual assault agianst her daughter that was again false. She filed a restraining order against a Valarie DalChelle and the case was dropped due to false allegations. She filed a TRO against her ex husband's girlfriend that was dropped due to false charges. She filed a TRO against her ex husband Nicolas that was dropped based on false charges. She filed a civil lawsuit against Dynamic Home Health-care that was later dropped due to lack of evidence or witnesses. She had Robert Fitzgerald arrested for Domestic Violence and that case was dropped when the DA determined she was the aggressor in the case. She reported Steven Marcus to the state Bar of California for filing for custody of her daughter and that case was dropped and no record of discipline was logged. She filed a case with the Bar in CA against Michael Donnely because she did not like the outcome of the move away he got her and no formal discipline was ever logger. She filed an injunction for protection against Daryl Fromm in Florida that was dropped without merit. She filed seven failed injunctions against Robert Fitzgerald in Florida, none of which had merit and she commited purgery herself in court, one time claiming that Mr. Fitzgerald was on tape saying he was going to kill Rebecca DuBois. After listening to the tape the Judge said he heard no threat and that her daughter Rebecca was guilty of emotional Blackmail. She enrolled her daughter in counseling against the biological father's wishes in order to get a case for abuse against the father. It was determined that Miss DuBois was coaching Rebecca dubois and Child services opened a case against Miss DuBois for fals reports and psychological abuse. Miss DuBois was taken into custody on the Bakers act 3 times in California, twice taken in by her sister and once on January 2 2002 when she was attempting suicide because her daughter was gone for a single night. This list does not include the dozens of false reports to the police for the random incidents against women she was intimidated by or angered by and the men she just plain did not like. It was said in her Psyche evaluation filed with the California courts she is a delusional person with histrionic behavior. To quote the therapist "She runs to the authorities to have them fight her dragons for her.". The therapist also said she had a very unhealthy relationship with her daughter and recommended she no be aloud sole custody because it would be "Terminal" to the child. Since their move to Florida there has been a chain of accusations against any and all who she becomes displeased with. Before meeting Fitzgerald DuBois had a chain of drunk driving incidents \she was able to talk her way out of, but the incidents were logged. DuBois has a serious drinking problem and has never had a proper evaluation and should be in treatment. As far as her relationship with Robert Fitzgerald, that I tried to discourage, the police were called to their home in Arcadia California several times when Miss DuBois attacked Fitzgerald when she was taking Prozac. While still in Sherman Oaks Miss DuBois assaulted Fitzgerald in his home on numerous occasion and then refused to leave. Marcelene had a long history of emotional blackmail on Fitzgerald. She tried to provoke him to hit her and he NEVER once did. She on the other had struck him with objects and broke his property. This was determined by police reports by neighbors and eyewitness accounts by roommates. Fitzgerald made excuses for her and her daughter. Fitzgerald slept on the floor in his own apartment beacuse DuBois insisted it would be wrong for her daughter to sleep on the floor and her daugher needed to sleep with her. It was not her apartment. Fitzgerald was never abusive to DuBois but DuBois was one of the most abusive women I have ever heard of. I have dealt with some real psychotics in my line of work, but DuBois is one of the worst. She is surely going to hell with the drug dealers and killers. Her drug dependency makes her all the more dangerous. DuBois' family is one of a criminal nature, a father who was sent to jail and a mother who stalked members of congress. A Brother who has attempted murder, uncles who have questionable dealings and a sister who has been in and out of jail. The entire family suffers from mental deficiencies and psychological disorders. Marcelene lives of the system and takes all she can from everyone she can. She is a lowlife and can not be trusted. Her mental state makes her very dangerous. How can you tell when this woman is lying? Same as a politician, her lips are moving. Jerry Williamson is a con man. He has been sued multiple times for fraud and has been evicted in the past. He drives with open containers and surround himself with other degenerate losers. He assaulted an elderly person and has a history of violence. He is a felon on probation for attacking an elderly person and belongs behind bars. If he keeps up hi behavior it wont be very long before he winds up there. He talks about Fitzgerald as I have seen, but I have worked with Fitzgerald and I can tell you this Williamson fool could not have lasted 10 minutes in Fitzgerald shoes or any he worked with at the time. Rebecca DuBois is a liar as well as her mother. She has told many lies to the courts in order to get her way with her father Nicolas DuBois. She was coached by her mother , but this child has all the signs of being a sociopath herself. This child has delusions of grandure. She comes from two extremely narcissistic parents as well as the families on both sides. This child has no remorse to her actions as long as she gets what she wants. She is well on her way to being like her mother, a very disturbed woman. These people make up false alibis and have all the traits of schizophrenia. Be careful of these people. I helped Marcie and Bob while they were in California and I regret the whole thing. I have been overseas for quite some time, but I am back and I will do my best to help my friend. He's a remarkable man and does not deserve the garbage being slung at him by these low life scum. Fitzgerald was a great Father to Rebecca despite the lies of she and her mother. He was a great husband despite the abuse he took. Marcie is a sick woman and he stood by her and defended her to his own destruction. DuBois never deserved such a good man. He is now on his way to being a very successful man and Marcie can not stand that. He now is working with a Television show, two motion pictures, a mobile space camp and a musical group climbing the charts. He does not need these leaches. The DuBois' and Williamson are shameful people. Marcie was never a quality person, but it is amazing to see she could stoop so low as a guy like Williamson, but I can't say she hasn't gotten what she deserves. |
