I booked what I thought would be ourfamily'sdream Disney vacation to Walt Disney Worldthrough MagicalReservations.com. I initially thought I was dealing directly with the Disney organization based uponthe website but later realized MagicalReservations.com is nothing more than a travel agency. Nevertheless we booked a one week stay over the Christmas/New Year holiday for a two bedroomsuite in Disney's Wilderness Lodge Villasand placed the required one night deposit. We booked in the Spring in order to secure the best room possiblein our desired Disney resort. The suite had a fullkitchen so we did not request any of the offered meal plan packages. Beginning in September we started getting calls from an agent at MagicalReservations asking which of the meal plans we wanted to purchase. I said that I didn't think we would be needing a meal plan but that my wife would have the final say on that and gave the agent my wife's cell number. My wife received several calls from agent Lisa Creamer, reviewed the meal plan materialsemailed by Ms. Creamerand confirmed to her in a voicemailthat we would not be needing the meal plan but that we would be interested in purchasing tickets to the theme parks. Then unexpectantly my wife noticed on our Visa statementthat our reservation had been cancelled. She immediately emailed andcalled Ms. Creamer but did not receive an answer. I too called and received no response.By this time all the rooms were gone and we were stuck with non-refundableairline tickets but no lodging. My theory is that they found another party interested in our room that also wanted the meal plan (thereby generatingmore commission$$)and so they "dumped" us. We reported them to Disney. DO NOT use these people. Book DIRECTLY through Disney. Worst thing is they have never returned a voicemail or email after dumping us. Ed from Seattle, Washington
