Awful Service, Rude, Terrible Haircut, Overpriced, Refused Partial Refund For Hair Loss "Mistake"

If you are considering going to Pout Salon or having Madeleine Olyphant or Ossun or whatever she is going by this week (who knows how many names she has had stripper names excluded) I warn you to think three times before you do. I had the worst hair experience of my life with Madeleine Olyphant. She is the tackiest most low class hairdresser I have ever had my hair done by. went there because it's close to my apartment and therefore convenient, I thought. I only wanted a trim and touchup n my highlights. No rocket science for a competent hairdresser. At first she acted somewhat normal but her foul mouth had me a bit concerned. Even though I had an appointment set two weeks in advance, she seemed to have other appts going so that I spent twice the time I needed to end up with the mess I have. I sat and waited with a wet head, I waited for the color to be taken off for so long that it burned my hair off. I know have little hair and what remains is damaged and brittle. This was because she was so unorganized and incapable of managing her time that she could not perform a simple task that she should have been able to do. It was a nightmare listening to her talk crude and curse to her friends while I waited and waited for my hair to be completed. She talked about drugs and being high the night before (great) and hooking up with two men at some bar. She even said she never went home and changed from her sex romp and drug binge (great I thought) and I was simply sick at that point. Finally I asked her to finish because the color had been on too long and it burned and I told her that I needed to leave immediately. I was furious at that point. Fats forward to my balding head and her inability to say anything or do anything to help me. She got violent and began cursing when I said I would not pay for what awful service and balding hair job she did. She threatened me physically (I could not believe this nightmare) and went off grabbing at me until I threw money down and left.
DO NOT GO TO POUT SALON OR MADELEINE OLYPHANT (OSSUN) SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON AND HAIRDRESSER. I HAVE SINCE LEARNED THAT SHE IS A STRIPPER BY TRADE AND THAT'S HER REAL JOB. SHE WORKS AT A LOW CLASS STRIP JOINT AND SHE HAS CHILDREN. I have learned a lesson about selecting a hairdresser, and convenience or location should never be a factor. I will be always sorry that I chose this salon and Madeleine Olyphant (Ossun) to do my hair when she cannot even manage a trim let alone an adult life. Maybe when I need to hire a stripper for somebody's party or a hotel room visit I will call her (actually she is pretty haggard so I wont) but I will never call her for a haircut or color again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid her at all costs.
