To Whom It May Concern: My name is A'Arkieam Fields I became a client of Macey & Aleman (New York City) in 2008 for a bankruptcy case. Your company help me save my house from foreclosure and I am paying back 100% of my debt. I had to settle for a $1060 and was told by your company to apply for a Loan Modification. I started falling behind in my payment and went to court several times and paid the arrears and caught up. I was approved the Modification September 2010 and US Bank forward the worksheet to your company but they failed to complete the package within 120 days so I was denied. In January of 2011 my Modification was reopened and Macey & Aleman spoke directly to the bank and the modification was e-mailed and sent the worksheet federal express to your company. I started my new payment which is $400 less I did this for three month and thought everything was in order 2 weeks ago I was informed by US Bank that my case was closed because Macey & Aleman failed to put in a motion in bankruptcy court for the loan approval. I am now paying my original mortgage payment. have called numerous times and get the same response from assistant Ariel that attorney Cohen is busy or that she is still awaiting response from the US Bank. The attorney refuses to call me back and I am looking for help everywhere I called my trustee who told the attorney to communicate with me but they still haven't called me. I called legalhelper they called Macey & Aleman and told me they attorney Cohen would call me and she still hasn't called. I spoke with her assistant Ariel on May 18, 2011 and ask for an appointment she told me that I wasn't going to be dealing with attorney Cohen anymore. I told that i would have to speak to someone in the brooklyn office this is after 10 months of getting approved twice and denied twice now they want to give my case to someone else. If you have any suggestion I would appreciate it. |
