M3 Printing m3printing.com Horrible cut job, way past due, lies, refuses refund Philadelphia, Pennsylvania |

A) I received an email from a sales rep claiming a $50 off discount code, no qualifications given...only to find out that my order did not qualify for this or even a lesser discount. I sent a real simple print job. Some flyers. B) On the website it says they accept PayPal. When I tried to order it said I had to call in. Rep had no idea and even questioned me that it was on the website until I told him exactly where it was on the order. Then, after answering the question “was I SURE I wanted to use PayPal†I had to wait for a phone call back. Companies should train their people to do what they claim on their website. Take it off your site otherwise. C) They sent the 2 days job late and claimed to ship them early (ordered 5 day, shipped 7 days).Fine. Whatever. I just need my print job. D) horrible cut job...cut right into the text even though there was plenty of margins. There was plenty of margin in the design and no excuse for these cuts. E) They made me take a picture and email as proof I wasnt lying. F) No time left to even promote event. I asked for a refund, which they refused and instead said "In this case we noticed the cut issue that occurred and immediately got the job back into reprint and shipped same day. The order is currently out for delivery." LIES As noted in E), they did not notice the cut issue right away it wasnt until they made me take a picture after waiting for 7 days. Why would they lie like this? G)they're re-printing order which will happen AFTER event on flyer. H) I asked for a refund again and they said they said it is against their policy for refunds. WTF? I tried to be nice the whole time but was treated with suspicion the entire process. I have not used angry tones or foul language yet they refuse to call me back or answer my calls. Can't even get anyone on instant chat. |
