| On February 15, 2010, I bought a class three item from Lucy Creek Arms in Lampasas, Texas. My purchase was for a Gemtech Suppressor for my .223 caliber rifle. Upon my purchase the dealer said my paperwork would take 9 months to process as of today Im a few weeks short of 16 months. I have spoken to Mr. Miller at least five times since September of last year only to hear its the ATF whos is not doing their job I made my purchase in cash to include payment for my ATF tax stamp for the sum of $1,145.00 dollars. I have contacted Mr. Miller on several occasions to inquire the reason for the delay. On May 2, 2011 I spoke with Mr. Miller for the last time in order to ascertain the serial number for my suppressor so I may provide it to ATF. Mr. Miller has continued to refuse to assist or provide information so I may received the item I purchased or refund my money. On June 3, 2011 I spoke with the ATF's NFA branch only to be told Mr. Miller hasn't submitted any paperwork for the item I paid for. |

Same situation here. I paid in full up front for a suppressor and was given the same story about the ATF dragging their feet with my paperwork. After waiting patiently a year for my suppressor paperwork I contacted the ATF only to find out nothing was pending. I called Tim and reported my findings and 2 days later the ATF had my paperwork in hand after more than 12 months. It has been 15 months and now waiting on the ATF to do their part. If there is no resolution in the next 60 days I will post again.

| Tim you are nothing more than a licensed crook. I'm going to do everything possible that I can to stop your illegal activities. I want you to remember this post because when that day comes I'm going to stand directly in your face and show you the person responsible for your downfall. |

I was also ripped off by Lucy Creek Arms. Thankfully I paid for my item with a credit card. I disputed the charge when my rifle never arrived. I WON the dispute because Tim Miller could not provide the credit card agency with any information or proof that he ordered my rifle.
Tim Miller informed me that my rifle order would take 5 weeks. I contacted Tim Miller after 5 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks only to hear that he was still waiting for the manufacturer to ship my rifle. I called the manufacturer to inquire about any back-order issues and the manufacturer informed me that they successfully fulfilled all orders that dated back to my original order date.
Stay away from this place! Tim Miller will take your money, smile to your face, and refuse to refund your money when your order falls through. |
