He will take investment money or fees from you to and disappear. Beware of this person Louis McGuire. He is a master crook and con man that represents him self as an Irish businessman investing in development projects in Serbia and Montenegro. Mildly speaking this crook is the best lying story telling dishonest person, with a great power to persuade others - master in con means cheating. This cheater runs schemes, scams, and swindles-- packaged in development projects. Hires architects to do "potential" scam projects, with promise to pay later -which never happens, than presents himself to banks, funds, and private investors as developer and project manager. He successfully ripped off several millions of Euros from unsuspecting foreign and local people/ investors in Montenegro and Serbia, and left a trail of sorrow and financial damage to many people. This is, without a doubt, the most pervasive, the most successful and the most dangerous of all con man artist in Serbia and Montenegro. Uses self publicity to promote his development projects through local papers, internet and PR to cover his scam intentions. Even this con artist got suckered in by his own game.
