I am the victum of fraud and sexual bias by the county of Los Angeles child support services, they have billed me $49,000 in arrears, and I have not got one straight answer on how they came up with this amount; Just pay it. In fact its granished; I live paycheck to paycheck and with my children, ages 20 and 22, I have no extra finances to help them out. LA county also says that I owe my exwife $18,000 in child support, the fact is that she has never ask for any! Why? Heres the kicker! They are charging me for the years, when I was in fact living in the home with my wife and children, woking, paying the morgage, medical bills, food, paying for life. When my wife got in trouble with the law and I sent my children to her fathers house in Westlake CA, until the things got settled. I did owe support to my father inlaw, plus CPS was involved during this situation, meaning, I was on a state data system showing I was living in my house. When I recieved this bill in 2007, I informed LA County to check my story with CPS, They have done nothing to find out the truth. I get treated like a dead beat Dad, and they are very condencending in their tone and the way they treat me. It has taking me years to find the CPS reports from 1992 in El Dorado County, yet, find them I did. All the child suppport officers did was have me chase my own tail, going nowhere. I now have the paper trail to right this heinous act by persons with the ability to ruin lives of men. And yes, even the children suffer along with their fathers. How many other men are caught in a maelstrom of financial ruin all based on assumptions.
