Logisticare Logisticare Doesn't give reimbursements to qualified patients! Madison, Wisconsin

Logisticare ride reimbursement company (Where's My Ride), will not give mileage reimbursements to patients who need help paying for non-emergency transportation to doctor appointments/procedures, etc. Logisticare is also working out of Phoenix, AZ, 4832 E. McDowell Rd., #100. I am a Wisconsin resident who has to utilize "Logisticare", the state is making us use them, there is no alternative reimbursement or ride program. Wisconsin implemented Logisticare in July 2011 to pick up the job of getting rides for the disabled or elderly who can't get rides, or afford to drive to their long-distance doctor appointments. I am a disabled person who has to drive over 100 mi., round trip, to see my doctors for my rare health condition. So far, I haven't received Any reimbursements for Any of my trips since I started using Logisticare this last July. I have complained to their staff, but their excuses have currently been that (whoever from their company) came to pick me Up, They are getting some of the reimbursements. The other reason is due to human error; reps cancelling my trips or entering them in wrong. The hope of Getting a mileage reimbursement from Logisticare, or for them to actually pick you Up on time (that's another problem, they're not on time or don't even show Up to take you to your appt.) is fading. Many who are Trying to use this service aren't getting to their appointments or just can't afford to travel to the doctor. If anyone else is having problems with Logisticare; reimbursements, not being picked up for appointments, Please report them & maybe we can stop this from happening!!! E., Oshkosh, WI
