First of all, they represent themselves as a local company....hence the name (Localnet) They are in New York and I am in the Southwest! First deception. They are in the local paper They also told me that they have an excellent BBB rating. I should have checked it before I decided to move forward. They have an F rating. That would have stopped me. You can't go any lower than an F. People-check the BBB before you give any company your money! My bad! The sales twit told me the service is 10 times faster and their site says 6 times faster. I really regret not checking them out because that would have been another red flag. Faster than what...and what is it...? Ten times or six times? Unfortunately, I ordered the service and it did not work. I tried to log on and nothing. They were very quick to take my money. The gal made sure I had the Customer Service and tech support and got me off of her line quickly. When I found that the service was junk, I called tech support. I was on hold for 2 hours! I then decided that this was total scam and I decided to cancel. I called "customer service" and the same thing. After an hour on hold with customer service, I wanted to spit fire. The only people I could get on the phone were the so-called scam artist sales bitches. They transferred me immediately or just hung up on me. As soon as you expose their crap they were the rudest little unprofessional twits. This is a horrible company and people need to beware. They completely misrepresented everything about themselves. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not even respond. They took my money and all I got was a cheap postcard that they cancelled me. I wanted my damn money back...the stupid morons! They have over 350 complaints and a high number are unresolved. These guys are total crooks. I will never buy anything from a company in New York ever. I hope they crash and burn and lose their asses! This is the reason why so many people do not trust corporations...so many are corrupt. We have way to many scam artists in this country and we will all feel the results. Save yourself the frustration and money and avoid these guys like the plague. If you go to BBB, you can see who all of the principles are and I would avoid any company they are involved with. Look up Localnet and you can see their F!

I ordered the service, but it did not work. They were very quick to get my money... but I could not get their "24 hour" Tech support on the phone to fix it. I could not get Customer Service on the phone either. I tried for over 2.5 hours. The only people I could get on the phone, were sales people that got rid of me as soon as they could. They transferred me in mid sentence. They hung up on me as soon as they determined I was not buying anything. They offered ZERO help. This is a horrible company and people need to know that they advertise falsely and they have no accountability. The employees are rude and unprofessional and the company makes false claims. I feel like they took my money and ran and I want a FULL refund ASAP!!! I ordered the service, but it did not work.
