LiveDeal Local Marketing Experts Absolutely no support or training after purchase. Had to build whole new webite to remedy. Las Vegas, Nevada

My company purchased Google Adword marketing through LiveDeal in April of 2010. We recieved no training or even knowledge of a dashboard that would give info on call coming in through their tracking system. We finally were made away of this on September 20, 2010.

My company bought some addition Google adword advertising from another company and during the setup was told that I had another 'campaign' on my website. I had no idea what a 'campaign' was, so after finding no answer to finding it, I actually had to have another website built in order to buy the new advertising. This was very costly in both time and money.

During our search for a solution, we noticed that the code in our webpage had been changed without our knowledge, and had data in it that read as 'Local Marketing Experts', who I had absolutely no knowledge of. I called them and the person I spoke with told me they had never heard of me or my company before.

They put me on hold and finally found my information and told me that I had to call LiveDeal about the code in my website. After more calls, Rick R. told me that they would not charge me for my next payment as a courtesy. A few days later, they had charged my credit card again. I spoke with Rick about this, and he fumbled around and said that he told me I would not be billed in the month after that....

I stopped payment on that charge and had to get a new card with a different account number on it in order to stop LiveDeal from taking my money.

After a number of calls to them and from them, they finally told me that I was legally bound to their 6 page contract.

I told them that I had not received any service or training on their product and that I was noy even given a login name and password to my dashboard until September 20, 2010. I did not even know I had a dashboard to log into. I told them that service was non-existant and I refused to pay any more on my account with them. They told me I was legally bound to pay and I told him where to shove it.

He told me that he was forwarding it to his legal department and I told him to go right ahead and that they would never recive another payment from me.

What this ordeal with LiveDeal and Local Market Experts showed me is that this company does not care about their customer after they get your name on the contract and your money. I wish I had Googled them before I got involved with them.

Beware of LiveDeal and Local Marketing Experts. Please Google them before you decide to deal with them !!
