Litton loan in houston tx is probably the most digusting, flim flam, negligent or stupid mortage brokers ever encounted by myself and from what i have already seen many others> A property and house was left to me by will. To this date it is still in probate and there is nothing to support this but a copy of a will. My Lawyer and myself have submitted to them on several occasion a copy. They never seem to get it or its lost or some bull!!They have attached house insurance to my mortgage payment which I Don't require since I have obtained my own insurance privately. They have requested proof of insurance which in fact has been submitted to them several times thoughout a 1-2 year period. They have erroneously attached insurance to my mortgage. By the time they finally accepted proof of insurance the account accumlated over 2000.00 late fees. By this I mean they expected me to pay the original mortage amt plus the amt the added in error. I only submitted my original mortage payment,every month on time and without being late in 6 years. Never late or missed. The sent me a notice of default-------and I would like to get them closed down thoughout the continental US. They should not be in business!! I never violated my mortgage provisions and they are trying to bully me. I have no problem making a on time payment which surprisingly them seem to get that and on time!! Even with a Lawyer they seem to evade proper procedure in their tactics. They sicken me!!!
