Very BAD customer service |

I just joined last week, and won a lot of items which was great. I didn't have a problem, until I started to see my credits not increase after I would complete several free offers from TrialPay. I was told that TrialPay was in charge of that, but THEY would pretty much tell me Listia was(??) I went through sending multiple support tickets--I lost count actually---without getting any helpful replies, if any at all. One offer I completed on Oct 20, and still don't have the 500 credits as promised. My list of support tickets I've posted has some that are marked "closed" even though they haven't been resolved! I had 2 offers I did in the last 3 days that I don't have credits for, and no one seems too concerned. Wow, great customer service Listia! I commend them for their utmost help for members of their site(*note sarcasm*) I've had no other issues with any members, or receiving items, it's just those TrialPay offers that seem like they aren't aware when an offer has been completed. I don't think it's just their fault, since Listia could contact them and see what the problem is. I don't know if I have the energy to keep sending messages when they aren't even being replied to. I do not accept poor customer service, especially when I have been respectful to them, and to anyone else on that site.

Hi maria, I am truly very sorry about the issues you are having. Can you send an email to admin at listia dot com and I will help you with these issues personally. Again, we try our best and sometimes things are out of our control, but I will certainly do anything I can to fix these issues. Thanks for being such a great member of the community! |

i have had the same exact problem...it's frustrating and listia just ignores you when you contact support. |

i have abidder who is scamming changing story about item i sent first she said was damaged then she said it wasnt what she expected hen said it was damaged when i said i wasnt gonna give credits back then had nerve to tell me if i wanted purse back i had to send her 25.00 for purse look like listia siding w her im so upset she lyin and getting rewarded for it how dare this happen what honest people get penalized |

people who are curious on shipping address verification thing, please read here.
many people ask, if 2 people have same shipping address, but if different names on receiver, would listia ban people right?
many people did not understand and are asking around I saw, NOW I AM ANSWERING YOU

Listia would really suspend 2 listia.com existing members just because one listia member use the same shipping address
2 Listia members use same street name same number on shipping address
even if you are 20 or 25 yr member in listia, the same result with me 100% for sure.
Listia is a fuckoff page not only ripoff or scam page.
