| Tim Atkinson and List Eruption is a complete fraud. It all started when I bought a product from Tim Atkinson in February of 2011. I really liked the product so I figured I would do a JV partnership and promote the product to my list. Tim had all kinds of prizes listed for the top JV partners such as Ferarris, cash, etc. Tim sent me an email claiming that I was one of the top 3 JV partners and that I should do one more "big push" and try to get top prize (which was the Ferarri). So I emailed my list twice more. 5 days later, no word from Tim. I emailed him and never got a response. I spoke to a few of my friends in the industry and found out that Tim Atkinson did not pay any of his JV partners the prizes they were promised. This was simply his way of getting people to send emails for his products. Now I have people on my list who are loyal subscribers of mine who have requested a refund from Tim within the 60 day refund period and all emails go unanswered. I would stay far away from Tim Atkinson and List Eruption. He doesn't do as promised with his partners or his customers. Complete fraud! |

Typical slander- We have contest rules for our JV launches- It's simple if you send traffic that does not convert into sales then you win no prizes. There are too many black hat ways to send traffic which is why we have the contest rules listed which is clearly on our JV page. http://commissionoverload.com/jv - As for the refunds this product is listed on Clickbank and Clickbank handles all refunds- any customer who request a refund has been instructed to contact Clickbank. List Eruption is US trademark so our attorney's will be getting this. Get your fact straights and do proper research before you you scream fraud. Thank you

If you read what I wrote, you'd see that I bought the product in February. Do you not know when your own products go on Clickbank? I bought the product from Warrior Forum offer not clickbank.

You should know that if you are an expert like you claim. I emailed him (kenny) and hes the one who told you were in charge of refunds. I am ging to keep trying. |

| Yeah this guy is a sham and he is starting to be called on it. His product commission overload is dead in the water because he has a dispute with the person who really created the product. Tim doesn't know shit he just scams JV people like you and that gets people to give him content for products. I think he will be done soon, it is all over the internet about how he has screwed people, and now one of his biggest products doesn't even work anymore. |
