my wifes lawyer purchased airfare cell phone cash and who knows what else to my wife without me knowing it and one day while i was gone my wife went to the airport and left for tulsa okla i knew a little something about it but i didnt think she would actually leave returned home from the store that day and all i found was a note saying"i love you and i promise i will bring our boys back home. now thats been over a year and now she's ben there she has turned on me and wont call or tell me anything and she went as far as to get a protective order against me by lying in tulsa and i could not go there to fight it.now yolo county cps and judge basha are going to close the case and give melba sole custody of my sons , shes still in tulsa. melba has had six other children(something i didnt know about her) taken away by the state of california these things came out after her lawyer sent her to tulsa. now melba had two cacuasen, two asian, and two hispanic children all lost to the state of cali. dhs and adopted out so she is going to get my two sons and they are both of the cheyenne river sioux tribe. i am so scared she will lose them or even hurt them seeing is how she was convicted of child cruelty, wilful child cruelty,m severe neglect and get this SEXUAL ABUE AGAINST ONE OF HER OWN CHILDREN and convicted of that. so how is she going to get full custody with that record. so lets say she hurts my sons or loses them also . WHATS NEXT FOR HER TO DO SINCE HER LIFES M.O.(method of operation) is to have babies only to lose them. so whats the next race? thats right the blackrace and i know thats exactally what she is doing . i went to tulsa okla. for six months located them and where she works an seen her with a black leaving and returning going into the store room with him so thear iut is shes gonna get two black children to lose and in the meantime where are my two sons at the courts wont let me know even though i do know and seen it for myself. is it right for a juvenile lawyer to split a family apart when shes supposed to be helping? and my son falls under IWCA but my tribe has been barely even awake during court proceedings. i think i have really been dry f...... well u know
