DO NOT RENT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. when i moved in i asked the leasing rep if there was any noises from the sides and upstairs she lied and said no the first day was there. it was constant door banging on the same floor, constant thumping moving chairs upstairs and you can hear the toilets flusing from the upstairs apartment. i called the leasing office and they did nothing to help. i reached out to everyone including the actual property management company (lincoln property management) and they did nothing at all to help me so i decided to move out after a month of being there. when i moved out josue ortega the manager of the leasing company altered a document that i signed he was rude and still did not help me with anything . BTW the fee for moving out / early termination is 4,500 they want you to choose this option becuase they want more money from you. if you decide to choose rent responsible it is cheaper because they rent out the apartment much quicker. If you decide to rent in rivine go anywhere but this place. If you decide to rent from this place its at your own risk, you will never get peace and quite and they dont care about anybody except theyre pockets. they are a scam and i regret living here.
