Stay away from Shahvand Aryana, Eric Klein, Julio De Alba and Rhonda Sands. They are all involved in an insurance scam. I lost $750 (which was supposed to be a broker's fee and premium payment) for insurance that I never got. Farmer's had no idea who I was or who Lifeco is, said I had no coverage...now Lifeco won't return my calls, gee wonder why...what a mess. I'll be taking them to small claims, the thieves.
They take advantage of people in desperate circumstances and are the worst kind of people. They work in a building with no signage, and are always being served by the court system for litigation of all kinds. Shahvand is a dirty "businessman," although he's not a businessman at all, just a scammer who likes to pretend he has money..all the while trying to take the shirt off your back to pay for his dealings. I've read online that he has all kinds of Nevada shell corporations that he hides behind...Blue Steel, T3 Entertainment Services, etc---using Eric and Julio as his pawns who handle the money. There is another report on here that states that he tries to get you to buy and set up a Nevada corporation, and then just takes your money. I've done a lot of research and I agree that he probably does that as well.
Just stay away from him...or better yet, spread the truth so we can run this snake out of California back to the desert where he belongs.

| There are lots of complex issues to consider in the case of Pharaoh’s Theme and Water Park, which operator Shahvand Aryana has been renting to promoters of those all-night dance parties called raves. Redlands officials are incessantly on the record with their rather arrogant statement that the parties have got to be stopped because they don’t fit the city’s “image.” Wanna bet that lots of things that actually happen in the lives of Redlands officials don’t fit their image, either? Anyway, is that a reason to stop the parties by pulling the business’s permit—to interfere with someone’s right to make a living? Especially when Aryana has met every city challenge—from security to having the water shut off—by bringing in solutions at his own expense? How to balance the concerns about the safety of the events with Aryana’s rights, including those to assemble and engage in free expression . . . it’s a tough one. Nonetheless, no less a beneficiary of the First Amendment than the San Bernardino Sun editorializes today that “The Redlands Planning Commission shouldn’t debate long before revoking the conditional-use permit for Pharaoh’s Theme and Water Park.” Right. Why think? It takes so much time. If you are a law enforcement guy why is it that your sentence structure is incomplete.? |

Wow...No opinion, Eric Klein is a nice dude, Julio is just a harmless tool, Rhonda is just another jew...Shavand is just a freaking character, if it wasn't for working for them or with them people I wouldnt have the killer job I have now...I think even my brother was wiser than them...I think people are just hating on them...CHEERS !!
