Gillis and Rashonda Hawthorne, a young couple with 4 children have been scammed by Michael Robertson, senior loan officer of access capital notes, located memphis, TN. Gillis and his wife try to purchase a note through this company. They were asked by mr. Robertson to forward $1800.00 for a down payment to the company's attorney account in memphis tennessee. They receive a committed letter based on there present income and credit. However, the company kept putting them off several months. This couple was informed that they can not get the home. Mr. and Mrs. Hawthorne ask to be reimbursed their down payment. They requested their money in writing. As of today, April 20, 2011 they have not receive their down payment. It has been around 6 months that this couple have not received their money. I was informed by Mr. Robertson the company was sending the refund several time, but never did. Mr. and Mrs. Hawthorne are clients of mines, Patricia Woolfolk. Mr. Gillis, Roshanda and myself feel his company is not doing business in a ethical and proper manner. We trusted Mr. Robertson because we did not know anyone else that was selling notes. However, we experienced that this company lied about this transaction several time. This company has cause hardship for my client Mr. and Mrs. Hawthorne. They are been evicted from the home they were trying to purchase through buying a note. If they had been refunded within the first 30 days they would not have to move. We feel this is a scam and fraud and something need to be done about this. |

this comment was posted by pat woolfolk, a realtor in Baton Rouge that is angry that I would not continue a sexual relationship with her and I told her this many times. She also asked for financial help with her divorce which i refused. This is so personal. |
