This woman is a straight out lier , I hired her a week after my son was born to get my parental rights established, she talked a good game. Three weeks after I hired her the babies mother was still not served with papers. After talking to her got the runaround that the person SHE hired did not do his job , I was also calling her with no return calls for these three weeks. Then she tells me she is personaly going with the new person she hired and will call me when she is served, needles to say no call, the next day she calls and tells me she fell and was in the emergency room all day and it will be done over the weekend. Several times after that tried to get in touch with her and the week before my court date i still have no details on even where to show up. One day her secretary even told me I dont know what to tell you i cant get in touch with her either and i dont know where she is. The Sunday before my court date we met at her office and had a discussion on everything she admitted to poor communication and explained she was on a case and that she was getting out late , I told her I can be called anytime doesnt matter but not hearing from your attorney for over a week is unacceptable, she agreed. The day before court she called and said it was cancelled she had called the mothers attorney and would call me back that night to let me know what happened, once again no call. I finally talked to her on night and she said she was waiting on a court date will call me of course guess what no calls. On this past Friday her secretary told me they where trying to get a court date and waiting on the courts this is about 3 weeks after my original court day , why would you wait three weeks to get a new court date, then today i had a appointment with her at 11:00 first she said Saturday but do to my daughters graduation I could not so i agreed to yet another Sunday but she didnt show she claims she would never make appointment during church hours and I said no because it was my daughters graduation weekend and I had plans all wekend with her I would never agreed to 2 pm. She also claims she tried calling me several times and left a voice mail I only ahv my cell and printed out the call log from sprint which would record the incoming call even if the phone was off and NO incoming calls from her EVER.
