Attorney From SAT Mexican Tax Agency Glendon Serrato Confirmed that Leisure Resort is lying about Mexican Government requiring taxes to be paid upfront. The taxes are paid at close of escrow. So if Leisure Resort had you send your money to Estela Ruelas Bernal - fake escrow officer- they still have your money. Glendon confirmed this is a crime ponzi scheme. I am encountering a similar situation with Bayside Management Group, San Francisco. They are now asking for additional money to cover a "new" escrow tax of almost $2, 000 in addition to the money I sent for Federal and State taxes. How can I verify whether Bayside is a legitimate company or if this is another scam?
