Jupiter charging me for item not received,ruining my good credit Buffalo, New York

I received a letter from a so called psychic called Omphalie and she enclosed a form to send for an artifact called a Catarobic artifact. I mailed out the form with the intention of paying 19.50 for the item when received. I never got the item but I have been getting many bills adding on late charges and threatening to charge me an additional 60.00 and turn me over to collections if they don't receive my payment. I wrote them a letter on one of their invoices explaining to them that I never got this item and that I am not paying for an item I never received.I always pay my bills and have good credit but I refuse to pay for something I never received. I received the letter today threatening me with additional 60.00 charge and legal action. I even asked them for a phone # on my letter so I could speak to someone. Apparently my letter was ignored. I could not find this business on line, in the phone book or any where. I wonder if they even have a legal permit to practice in NY state. All I have is a P.O. Box of 1640 Buffalo NY 14205. I would really appreciate any help in clearing this up as I do not want my credit tarnished over 19.50. I would have been more then happy to pay for this item if I would have received it. Thank you for your help in this matter.
