This office is a joke! I have been there for months and he has had about 20 different people come in and out off the office to work for one day and never call them back. He uses people to come in a call patients (recall) that has not been there in years. He cheats his patients out if money and file their Insurance before the work is done. Then patients well call and wonder why we have done that and he would make me tell them lies about why we did it. every account was wrong and patients refuse to pay there bills before they said the word was never done. He has had to refund money back to more then one person because he screwed up there mouth and they had to go some were else and get the work done right. He well tell you this never happened but i did. I was there when he had to do this for one for his patient then we were cleaning up one day and find paper work in the lab that he had to refund more then one patients money back!!! Also he is all about TMJ/TMD and he doesnt know any thing about it he well tell patients that their Medical Ins well pay for it and this staff doesnt know how to file it. If you ask him to explain tmj/tmd he cant he well walk all the around it.
If you go there as a patient it takes 2-3 hrs to get a filing or a root cancel and 99% of his patient came back complaining that they still hurt after there root cancel. He cant stay in a room with a patient the whole time he has to get up and come and tell you what he wants you to say to the patient. He want you to lie to them about thing that are wrong with them. He well do one thing on a patient and charge from for something high. I seen this happen all the time. PLEASE STAY A WAY FROM THE OFFICE AS AN EMPLOYEE AND A PATIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| This man is crazy. He has so many employees coming & going there is no way to keep up w/your balance. You cannot read the statements they send you. I have talked to about 15 different people trying to straighten out the charges he says I owe. He charged me for a complete upper partial which I never got until over ayear later. He sent me statements every month with interest and late fees. He also charged me for a surgical erruption even though he said he could almost pull the tooth with his finger. I finally got the denture and within 2 months 2 front fell out and a chip broke off the back. When I called to get it fixed or actually I wanted a new one, the office mgr. at the time was told to tell me I could not get it fixed until I paid a balance of $549.00 which no-one can explain. The last office mgr. I went to see at his office took my denture, tried to figure out my account (I spent 2 1/2 hrs. there) and couldn't had told me I would see Dr Palmer that day but then said I couldn't he was with patients. I am assuming he sent it back to the lab & got his money back. I have nothing! I have reported him to the dept of consumer affairs but need to hear from anyone who has worked for him or had similiar experiences. send to [email protected], thanks |
