This Trace Richardson guy sells "mortgage marketing" solutions, and also originates his own home loans (out the backdoor). You will find a text link at the bottom right hand corner of his main page, LeadPress.com, that says "No Closing Cost Refinance". This text link points to Trace's own personal mortgage website, TraceCapital.com This is an obvious conflict of interest. Trace - you sell mortgages and sell "mortgage lead generation solutions"? What do you do with your clients' leads? Sounds VERY suspicious. On LeadPress.com, you reference having done loans as if it were past-tense, when in reality you are still actively promoting and closing refinance business... why would you attempt to hide that you're still actively in the mortgage industry and originating loans through TraceCapital.com (unless there is something going on behind the scenes)? For those unfamiliar with basic search engine marketing, by placing this text link on LeadPress.com, Trace is manipulating the search engines to help place his own personal mortgage website prominently on the first page for the phrase, "No Closing Cost Refinance". It's strategically hidden in the lower right hand corner so that potential LeadPress.com consumers don't easily find it. Nice try, Trace. Very Shady. Please provide a copy of your terms and conditions and make it public on LeadPress.com to ensure that you're not stealing your LeadPress.com clients' leads in order to close your own mortgage loans as an originator.
