I contracted with, and paid in advance in full, to Graham Gallagher of LCDEnclosures.co.uk to manufacture a custom LCD enclosure. The LCDenclosures.co.uk website lists examples of satisfied customers receiving custom solutions within 21 days. When Graham Gallagher told me that the lead time for my product was 3-4 weeks I believed him. After the 4th week I emailed Graham Gallagher of LCDenclosures.co.uk to check status. After receiving no response, I began to receive conflicting stories as to the ship date of my product. I continued to email to receive and exact ship date, Graham Gallagher became increasingly irate with my inquiries, and continued to tell conflicting stories. Finally I was told the product would ship on 5/16/11. I emailed Graham Gallagher to confirm the ship date and he did not respond. As a result of his lack of response I filed a report on this site. Upon notification of the report Graham Gallagher of LCDenclosures did the following:
1. Threatened legal action.
2. Implied a threat of violence to me and my family.
3. Began a campaign of extortion, suddenly the product is available for shipment but Graham Gallagher has indicated to me numerous times that he will only ship the product to me if I remove this post from ripoffreport. I have extensive documentation of all his threats and extortion attempts, all I want, all I have ever wanted is my money back or my product. Hopefully my experience will help prevent others from a similar experience with Graham Gallagher of LCDenclosures.co.uk |

The buyer was told of the extended lead time (8-10 weeks) for a custom solution before he placed an order - then 3 weeks on he demanded we manufacture his unit, he was reminded of the extended lead time and then he started his liable actions. We replied to every email Brian Bobber sent (15 sent in one day - but we replied to every one). Due to Brian posting deflamative information this was passed to our attorney who advised us to refunded Bober in full now they are pursuing him damages for defamation and liable.
After we received an email in mid May we telephone the buyer only to find the phone answered by a lady who told us that "no one with the buyers name lived there...", so we then passed the matter to our legal representative who advised us to refund him as he was in breach of the contract and to sue him personally for the lies he has been spreading.

The buyer did post that he would retract the posts when the refund was received this was sent on the 18th May and as you can see he has not posted that he has received the FULL refund - what an honest buyer - NOT!
