He, Attorney James G. Schmier (P70825), Law Office of James G. Schmier, PLLC (Birmingham, Michigan) on 04-14-2011 responded to a complaint (Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission/File No. 0589-11). On 04/14/2011 he admits INEPT "I admit I did fail to attend hearing . . . . Although I was informed of the date of this hearing, I made a mistake in entering it in my computer calendar. The hearing was scheduled 09/30/09, I mistakenly entered it in my computer calendar for 10/30/09 the date of the deposition". According to him Schmier, he was to attend hearing "in court" and a deposition at him office, same day 10/30/09. Oh! Oh My God!!! Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. He Schmier admitted he received notice of hearing ONLY because there is proof of evidence. There is proof that correspondence announcing hearing date was forwarded to his office. He Schmier admitted he did not attend hearing (09/30/09) ONLY because there is proof of evidence. Judge William J. Richards of the Michigan 46th District Court in his 09/30/09 bench notes states "not present". The 09/30/09 Court trancript also notates "non-appearance", Attorney James G. Schmier. He admits indept ONLY because there is proof of evidence.
