I had purchased a Limited Edition Cart , from Sabastion Escalada. When it arrived on Fedex it was scratched and was told if we uncrate it we keep it. So when we got it home we got it put together and found the tail lights didnt work we called Sabastion and we had it repaired. Then when we used our cart for the first time there was no water pressure and he said dont worry it is only for show for the health dept.....Well the health dept didnt approve us because they need water pressure a gallon a minute ,so Sabastion sent us a compression pump and that blew a hole in the line so therefore we had leaks which we have tried to repair numourous times but arent able to stop it... then when we turned on the propane gas and were cooking the copper lines that run over the heat that heats the water up started leaking . What they did was solder the copper line where the lines hit the fire and melted the solder off so therefore we had the whole cart leaking water so we had to remove it and put a whole new copper line in..Ok so thats not bad enough they sent us an umbrella which was broken when we got it and yes he did replace that.. The grill was also broken when we were on our way to an event and he never sent me aflat grill which was promised, but when we called him to rectify everything he told us to send it back and he would fix everything which would cost us 800.00 for shipping.(I dont think so)and it has a one year warranty...oh I forgot the tow hitch to set your cart up broke and we had to have that soldered, let see what else oh the adjustments for your gas are set at one level high so everything I cook burns unless I watch it 24/7, oh and the condiment table that hooks to the back of the cart ,the rivets have all come out except the 2 end ones. So if you really want a cart that is quality dont buy it from concessioncartscompany or you will regret it.. I would like to take him to court and get my money back, he took all the money me and husband had saved to buy this cart and gave as a piece of crap that keeps falling apart.. they need to have a lawsuit against people like him....
