I found this website on lace front wigs, and decided to order from them. I placed this order on a sunday evening. I never heard anything for a couple of days so decided they were simply processing the order. Well on Wed. I contacted the company. The lady got back to me saying her name was Irina. Stating she had a new system and that she was sorry for the confusion. She then went on to say she sent me an email stating she did not have the wig I wanted to order. Funny thing is I am always online and checking emails . And, never received and email from her. I then responded after she stated she did not have the wig I wanted. but, had another wig. I then went on to email her and let her know she had several other wigs listed in the same texture. And, I would be willing to take a different color. Just send me an invoice for the difference for shipping. Well I never heard from this woman. So I called her on thursday at least 4 days, in hopes to speak with her or someone to get my order dealt with and get it sent to me. I kept getting a cellphone voice mail. The voice mail did not even have the company name listed in the message. I knew then I was not dealing with a company. This was just an individual who was just selling wigs at wholesale for themselves. That explained why the website said," NO BLOCKED/ PRIVATE CALLS WOULD BE ANSWERED". Well, I did not block my number still no answer. Finally after I got no response on Friday. I just left a rude message and told them to send my money back. I got no response so I went to paypal because supposedly thats where your money goes through. Only to find out there was no record of my transaction thru paypal at all but it does show on my credit card statement that the money was taken and I even got a receipt number to prove this. I am still gonna try to get my money back but I do believe I was taken for a ride on this particular website and its gonna be a fight tooth and nail. To get my money back from these people. My biggest complaint is the lack of customer service no one answer the phones, the non professionalism with the phone message, and just simply not returning phone calls. And, the real question is if you say my credit card is charged thru paypal then why is my payment not showing up thru paypal? Just stay clear of this website , its not a real company and its a person claiming to be and they are just taking peoples money. Watch out for this scam.
