Henry W., General Manager at LA fitness in Cypress Creek/fort lauderdale made my entire family and friends cancel our memberships just because of his fat ego and rudeness. We've been paying thousands of dollars a year all together thru personal training and memberships. He disrespected us and treated us like a bunch of uneducated black people and denied one of us entry to the gym just to be a jerk and exercise his power i guess. What he didnt realize is that a quick second of politeness would have made them thousands for years as we ve been loyal members.
It's not the first time we ve watch him disrepect and discriminate against people. he must think he is the owner. Worst experience ever. DONT JOIN LA FITNESS. We just realized it was the best decision. They ve been sucking us and making us pay more. Now we brought the whole family somewhere else where they appreciate us and treat us like people. No ego. No BS. No Henry W. I think if more people did this, maybe LA fitness would make better decisions at who they pick to manage their clubs. HENRY W. is a jerk. Trust me. Rude and disrespectful.
