| Ordered Product from this company May 12,2011 the order confirmation stated up to 10 business days. Never received product so I called and emailed the 5/25, 5/26, 6/2, 6/18 not one response via email nor phone. They do not answer phone! Order totaled 184.64 however I was charged 197.10 (just got my bill today) 6/18. They have turned into theives do not waste your money |

We have been scammed by the same company...all of us should get together and really push a court case...they have assests like the company jet etc.. these should be sold to pay all of us "shareholders" back and then they can do as they please. We have charged them with fraud through our local RCMP which forwards the charge to Hamilton Police Services...if we all do the same..., maybe we will have a suitable outcome...

We too, my wife and I and my stepson have all been taken in by Fred Williams and co of Kyra Therapy. We are based in the UK and are at a loss who to go to for help. We would be more than happy to assist the HamiltonPolice/RCMP also we were sent prospectus forms from the USA surely this amounts to International fraud?

To add information to our previous comment. On june 28, 2011, we received an email from Laura Rotz signed by Fred Williams stating that " due to escalating financial problems we are forced to cease operations"
They are "hoping " to restart in a few months?
Probably with "our" money?

We have to figure out what to do, ...our local RCMP suggested we go the SMALL CLAIMS avenue...as that might be able to do something, if not if enough claims are filed with the Ontario courts...maybe they will do something.
I am still waiting to hear from the Hamilton Police Services in regard to my charging them with fraud!!! |

| I just found out that I am going to be in Hamilton, Ontario in September...think I will see what other provincial proceedings a person can do to recoup our loss...will try and keep everyone informed if anything transpires... |

I'll keep this brief. This Co. started as inner cleanse around 12 years ago and my wife and I and another couple each invested $3000, 000.00 with Fred and Judy. Things looked pretty good at the beginning but it was all a fraud. Our life savings that was invested in good faith has vanished. I don't know how these people keep on going and defrauding more people.Makes me sick.

This is a REALLY IMPORTANT message to:-
JohnDakota, - Rogoss, - Lloyd, - Chocolate, - Anonymous and ALL the others who have been scammed by this company.
The Hamilton Police are investigating Kyra Therapy - Herbal Care Direct & Fred Williams BUT they need EVERYONE who has been cheated to make a report to their local Police Force, wherever they reside, so that it can then be forwarded to them for action to be taken.
The ONLY way to get action is to Tell your local Police that your report should be faxed to:-

| Nice to see that there are more people that have posted about Herbal Care/Inner Cleanse 2000. I have been scammed by them and it appeared was the original one to charge them via our local RCMP...PLEASE all of you that have "donated" money to them...get in touch with your local law enforcement and and HELP us put these people where they belong and help to possibly recoup our losses. I can't afford to hire a lawyer but think that if there is enough of us...they will have to take us serious and do something. THANKS to all of you!! |

I wasn't scammed by them. I just happened by this page because I was going to post a complaint about another organization and noticed this complaint about Laura and Judy Rotz and Kyra Herbal Care. Laura Rotz, like I said, lived close to me, and talked about working for a natural product company in Hamilton. So me posting here is all just chance really.
Laura used to rent from a young couple who own a house down the street from me. She moved from that house in the Thorold area to somewhere else in the st. Catharines/welland area back in April/May. If you look at her facebook page you'll see she's still in the St. Catharines/Welland area. But getting her exact location will probably be a little difficult.
Her mother, Judy Rotz, has a set address that I posted. And obviously if you get the police to contact Judy Rotz you'll get Laura Rotz.
I'm not going to call the police and get immediately involved as I haven't been scammed by them... but I'd suggest to any of you that are talking to the Hamilton Police force to pass on the contact info for both Laura and Judy Rotz.

I am still the only one that has pursued anything. I can't fight this battle alone...and as of Dec/11 if no more claims are files they are going to close the file...is that how you want this to end????? This is just like an election...if you don't get out and vote..you don't have the right to bitch after the wrong politician gets voted in. DO SOMETHING AND BE QUICK ABOUT IT...if not you can stay silent and say good bye to the money you donated to them. |
