| My son has been listed on Kyle Pralls website "Bustedmugshots". No chrgs filed arrest only. Needless to say we are upset about it. I went onto Pralls site and 7 or 8 others just to see if Kyle Prall shows up. Suprise suprise - he doesn't. Kyle Prall has previous arrest and or convictions for: 4 traffic offenses, 4 misdemeanors, 1 felony, 1 ordinance violation, 1 drunk driving. Of these many resulted in convictions. (this information is directy from the McLean County Circuit Clerk, Public Access, McLean County Illinois. The most serious of the charges is the Felony from 1997. The original charges were 1 count of criminal conspiracy, 3 counts of manufacure and delivery of a controlled substance. Conspiracy dropped, all but one manufacture dropped, He got felony conviction, jail and probation. Oh and the best part is: YES HIS FATHER WAS A JUDGE FOR MCLEAN COUNTY AT THE TIME. Make you wonder doesn't it. He also was guilty of 4 of the drunk driving counts filed against him, in 2001. Daddy had retired by then. None of the 76 other Latin Kings who were arrested in the sweep known as "Broken Crown" had their conspiracy charges dropped. And yes little Kyle Prall was involved with the Latin Kings. Doing his drug dealing for them and through them. His case was "moved" away from the rest of those arrested. Again thanks to Judge Daddy. The fact remains he was arrested with the rest of the dirt bags. Now he puts out everybady else even if they are no actually charged much less convicted. Keeps his name off the websites and want to charge my son $2000.00 to remove information about an arrest that nothing resulted from. ALL charges DROPPED. Anyone else extorted for that much money from little Kyle Prall? Probably not. Little kyle trying to get even??? Well Kyle where are your CONVICTION records?? Before you point too many more fingers Kyle you need to take a good hard look at yourself. Your past as you are so fond of pointing out to others will always come back to bite you. I am here to be sure it does - or at least that those you point fingers at have a chance to know the real you. |

It may be that the only way to stop this destructive, predatory practice is through state and/or federal legislation. In the interim, it may be possible for bustedmugshot victims to give Kyle Prall, and others like him, the same treatment using bustedmugshot tactics. My comments;
It appears that the bustedmugshots.com website is based in Austin, Texas and is the on-line name used by one or more parent corporations such as Citizens Information Associates, LLC, Mugly Media Inc, KGP Media LLC, Freedom LLC, etc.
I assume that you and/or other victims could set up your own simple website like “Kyle Prall Mug Shot” and find a way to get it placed in the top three on Google, Yahoo and similar search engines particularly in areas where he has/is living: Austin, Texas and Illinois (Bloomington, Urbana, Normal)? Since Prall has not included his mug shot in his website, you can view it in the attached link or get it from Mclean County, Ill records:

As for a victim’s own mug shot still on the internet, there may also be a way for the victim to mitigate and inoculate their embarrassment and potential harm by linking the Prall mug shot next to their bustedmugshot post such as: “John Doe (name of victim), Anytown (city and state), Exposes Busted Mugshot Scam (or Predatory Practice)” followed by a summary of the victim’s side of the story and how Prall’s company profits from the misfortune of others similar to the one you posted here

| It appears that some individuals that are victims of bustedmugshots are appealing to their state representatives and federal agencies such as the FCC to stop this predatory activity. It may have more impact if all these individual efforts could be coordinated through some outside advocacy group ready and willing to champion their cause - the ACLU? or some similar organization. |
