russ milne ford scammed out of money for false diagnosis on warrantied vehicle macomb, Michigan
26th of Jan, 2011 by
Russ Milne Ford scammed me out of $90.00 plus dollars on a warrantied vehicle based on a false diagnosis. Vehicle while on warranty taken in for a simple blown fuse. They claimed it was caused by an after market item the vehicle was equipped with when vehicle was purchased from dealer. When after market shop whom did the original work for dealer before purchased checked out dealers diagnosis it was revealed it was totally false and unwarranted. This scam on behalf of dealer caused me 2 missed days of work, over $90.00 and trust I once had for the dealer.

When I tried to resolve matter with dealer after I learned of scam nobody wouldessentially give me the time of day. They were rude and totally unprofessional and this behavior came from upper management down to service worker. I have been loyal to this dealer for years and this is the kind of treatment I get. Until this incident we were planning on buying another new vehicle from this dealer. Now I don't even think I will ever buy another Ford let alone anything from this dealer. Beware of Russ Milne Ford for anything.
