As owner of a construction company at Mexico, I ordered for huge amount of building materials from the FLOOR STORE of Kurt Penberg. I had no idea that it is a scam. There is nothing wrong with the infrastructure of the store; thus I was fooled by its first impression. It looked like a profitable deal at the beginning. As ours was a big project with around 10,000 residential flats under construction in different cities of Mexico, the manager of the Mexico City Branch store himself took the initiative to fix my meeting with the owner of the company, Mr. Kurt Penberg. The face to face interaction was quite impressive; the owner even agreed to supply us with required building materials at wholesale rates. After the project started, there were absolutely no complaints from contractors and everything was going fine. After nearly one and half year when the whole construction project was completed, Kurt personally requested me to make payment of the rest amount and I exactly did the same like a gentleman should do. Thereafter starts the real story. As we already started handing over finished flats to owners, complaints started coming from them. Initially, I thought that they are just minor complaints which are quite normal in such a huge project. But things started getting worse gradually. With flood of complaints and grievances from most of consumers, we went through inspection. The result was horrible. Most of the buildings were already having serious problems due to poor quality of construction and building materials. With further investigation, some of my contractors were found guilty of taking bribes from Kurt Penbergs wicked team members. My contractors simply hushed up the issue. It ruined reputation of Casa Ley (my construction company). When I contacted with Kurt Penberg regarding the same, he simply started making lame excuses. Perhaps, I am the worst victim of Kurts FLOOR STORE scam. Several consumers filed lawsuit against me and my company. I am almost bankrupt; it seems like all over to me. I DEMAND A BAN OF KURT PENBERGS FLOOR STORE IN MEXICO. It is my open call to all victims and would be victims of the company to raise a demand of ban with me. Join me to make the country free from this giant scam.
