I placed an order (#19068) on 08-07-11 with KTBotanicals.com. I received an email on 08-08-11 with the USPS tracking number 9101010521297169589127 attached and stating that my product had shipped USPS priority mail (2-3 day service). As of 08-19-11, the tracking information still hasn't updated and USPS indicates that they still have not received the package from the shipper. I emailed [email protected] on 08-16-11 ( A free email account should have been clue #1, this email should really have been along the lines of [email protected] or [email protected]) requesting information pertaining to the whereabouts of my $330 order. The only response I received from Tyler Blythe, CCO and apparently only one of two employees of KTBotanicals LLC, a company which boasts up to 2.5 million dollars in annual sales was "I know this package has left" and "will be taking a closer look". Approximately 48 hours later w/ still no information as to the whereabouts of my order I requested an order cancellation and refund. I have received no shipment, no response and no refund in relation to that inquiry. On top of that USPS still has not indicated receipt of this shipment from KT Botanicals LLC. I am a top rated Power Seller on a popular site who also uses USPS to ship up to 15 packages a day using USPS Priority Flat Rate 2-3 day Shipping. I have 100% positive feedback as a one man operation. If I ever provided customers with service as poor as this their order was on me. THAT is customer service. DavesGarden, along w/ multiple online forums are used by this unscrupulous vendor as a way to defraud potential customers by posting fake or fraudulent reviews on this company. Usually the reviewer only has 1 review and the review usually sounds way over hyped. From what the neutral posters claim they can get nowhere w/ a refund unless posting negative reviews about KTBotanicals.com on these forums. Also I believe they use an IP Logger to verify web presence and dispute charge backs even after failing to ship products. Kind of funny they are one of the ONLY vendors I have ever used that make it a point to state your IP address back to you in several ways. As if they expect a problem from visitors. |

KT Botanicals has poor customer service. They charge your, send an email notification that your package was sent, but post office has no record of receiving package...then KT Botanicals gets rude when your inquire about your package. |

Be warned that once KT Botanicals gets your money it is very difficult to get a refund and they treat you with extreme disrespect. If they don't have a product in stock they will not tell you and keep your money until they receive that item back in stock. They stall for time by stating that the item has been shipped when it actually has NOT!
They will send you a substitute item without asking you if you want it. KT Botanicals will only offer an exchange--not a refund and they have a strong tendency to respond to your email in a rude, disrespectful manner, dealing with you like you are a fool if you complain about one of their products.

KT Botanicals will wait until your payment fully clears, then ship you what they want when they want. Their "customer service" is rude, disrespectful, play you for a fool and outright lie. They ship you things that you did not order(substitutes)and expect YOU to ship it back if you want your money. They are not trustworthy.
Please make your complaints to the appropriate agencies as well as these boards so that their unethical business practices are well documented with the authorities |
