I wanted some clocks painted for my business and contacted a local painter, James Breece. He stated that he could not get my whole order completed by the next weekend but could get "a few". i paid $125.00 which was half down on 10 clocks. I called James Breece the following weekend and he started yelling obscenities at me and started stating that he could not get anything done because he had a sick dog and was getting evicted from his house. I tried multiple times more to get in touch with him and to no avail. I contacted him thru facebook and the message that was left was so ugly, The message is as follows but i have had to alter as because of the language and the length:
your stupid f*** for a husband called and cancelled his order 5 days in on a 14 day turn around. Next, not sure how I stole an idea when yall came to me about doing the project...you obviously figured I could do it or would have never asked. I think it's funny how retarded people like you try to start s*** publically when everyone knows we are good parents, we get complimented all the time about our kids...do you? bet not....makes you look like the fat f****** idiot that you are. You look like you were standing behind a screen door and someone threw a wad of sh*t at you. You really need to douche...the smell travels everytime you enter the room...maybe you should quit f****** n****** or what ever makes your skank a** stink so bad. As far as us owing everyone.....****** was an investment that didnt pan out...none of our investments did....**** don't owe him shit and he said that himself while reading the bullshit you posted. Reguardless, even though **** cancelled his order, he will still get his money back face to face. Next time you get bored and decide to stand out, I know about 20 people you work with....I can get you all the attention you desire....wh*re.
As you can see he started ranting about things I have no idea about. I have called him after receiving this message and he would answer the phone and call me a c*** mustard, douche bag, and c*** sponge. He has stated in texts that he will not give me back the money and has "warned" me if I try to get my money back. I just wanted to let people know what type of person he is and what happens when you make an agreement with him. I may not ever get my money back, but maybe this will keep someone else from being taken.

| James Breece and his wife also have several other business names. Decalsandapparel.com is another front for them. Total scam artist. I noticed they told you that they were being evicted from their home. He told me that he was going to jail unless he could come up with some cash. |

The fact is that this should have never happened the way it did... When Leon was told it would be 14 days before work would begin due to being packed up and ready to move, he should have either cancelled plans or waited the 14 days. Instead, he agreed to the 14 day delay and then called 5 days after placing his order. At the time of his call, all materials had been purchased and he was told he could pick them up...he declined and demanded a refund, which he recieved on March 29, 2011.
Family problems often lead to this... DeAllen DeVaney is "taking james out" It's a definate that "Libel" is punishable in the court of law. This debt was paid in full and should not be an open discussion. The post from "gotscammedamarillo" is the brother in law who has a longer record than James. |

This is James Breece and I would first like to apologize for my lack of consideration and poor business ethic. I am guilty of decieving many people, although it has never been intentional. I have been a drug addict most of my life and it has taken its toll on many innocent people. I have never intentionally taken anything from anyone, but when your driven by drugs there are some bad decisions, selfishness and spiratic behavior controlled by the addictions. I spent all of my childhood learning to draw and paint just for my life to be a complete waste of talent. I regret many things in my life and wish I would have focused on my skills instead of trying to fit in. I have not burned every bridge in my life and I have mended several that I did burn. I want to redeem myself and repay everyone I have ever decieved for personal gain. I am an artist, not a businessman. That being said, I have always done business that I had no business doing. I have good intentions and profitable ideas, just do not have the business sense or self discipline it takes to succeed. God wanted me to be an artist or I would not have the talents and abilities he gave me. I know how disappointed in me he must be and know the only way to turn it around is to make my wrong moves right.
If I owe you something, and I'm sure I probably do...please email me and let's make arrangements to clear the debt. I can't promise large installments, but I can guarantee the debt will be balanced out as opportunity allows. I pray that my dark past leads to a bright future and apologize for my ignorance involving any of you.
p.s., the debt with the clocks has been repaid as many others have been.
