Do NOT buy any so-called "Aged Shelf Corporation with Credit Package" from this vendor! In fact, I would recommend avoiding ANY of the online vendors out there marketing "aged shelf corporations, but let's stick with this one for now, as it was they whom I paid a whopping $4,519.00 over five months ago, and with absolutely nothing to show for it in return except for anguish and heartache! Long story short....this 'consultant" was paid $4,519 , in full and in advance, for what was supposed to have been the legal and bonafide acquisition of an aged LLC in good standing, and so as to hopefully build up legitimate credit profile within a very reasonable period of time. As it turns out, this same "consultant" outsourced - or so he claims (who really knows if he's telling the truth) -the "backend work" (or so he puts it) to a 3rd-party supposedly based in FL, who in turn obtained a reinstated entity that in fact belongs to soemone else... i.e. agedshelfcorp had no right to'sell" this LLC as it was not even theirs to sell! I realized almost from week one that something smelled fishy, and even requested an immediate, full refund from this vendor, but to no avail. To make matters worse, not even paypal nor even my own bank felt that they were authorized at that point to issue a chargeback (note: in retrospect, I would have been better off paying by credit card, rather than by paypal, and perhaps would have thus been able to get a chargeback...paypal, as a rule, is completely unsympathetic to claims of an "intangible nature", and my own bank couldn't convince paypal to nullify the funds transfer). Bottom line: I have been trying to get a refund from this vendor for over 4 months now, but he will not return any of my emails or calls! For anyone who wants more info or proof, I've kept every single email correspondence with this vendor from day 1 back in mid-march.. so do NOT - i repeat, do NOT - pay even one penny to Mr Robinson or anyone from AgedShelfCorp.net - until you read this report fully and/or email me directly! p.s. as previously stated, this entire experience with agedshelfcorp.net has convinced me that the very idea of a "shelf LLC" - especially one that is "credit ready" or comes with 'credit package" - is comepletey bogus and fraudulent. Stay away from them with a ten-foot pole!
